In the spirit of the 95th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, generations of UEH Youth Union - Student Association officers came together to look back on their journey of service, share stories of their youth and continue inspiring the younger generation. The programme also opened the series of activities connecting the alumni community towards the 50th anniversary of UEH.

Generations of former dormitory residents returned together for the Alumni Dormitory Festival 2026, themed "Embracing Belonging - The Journey Back to Our Shared Home". The two-day, one-night programme at UEH Green Living Hub featured many meaningful activities such as campus tours, sports exchanges, a talkshow, a gala and an overnight stay experience, creating a space for alumni generations to meet, share and continue writing beautiful memories of their shared UEH home.

For the first time, the UEH Alumni community in Khanh Hoa had a large-scale networking day, with the participation of local leaders, UEH leaders, businesses and a large number of alumni. The event marked the establishment of the UEH Alumni Khanh Hoa Liaison Board, opening a new platform for connection between UEHers in the South Central Coast - Central Highlands region and the University.

The event marked more than 25 years of the student scientific research movement at the School of Finance and 26 years since the founding of the Student Finance Research group (SFR). It was also an occasion for generations of former members to reunite, express gratitude to their teachers and witness the launch of the School of Finance Alumni Liaison Board, helping expand the network and develop the UEH Alumni community.

Nearly 140 alumni of Cohort 7 gathered at UEH for a deeply moving all-class reunion. Beyond reliving the years of their youth, they also heard about UEH’s development journey over nearly half a century, toured the new learning spaces and spread the spirit of Gratitude - Connection - Co-creation, further affirming the enduring companionship between the alumni community and the University.

More than 100 alumni of Cohort C19 returned to UEH for the programme marking the 40th anniversary of their graduation, meeting their teachers and fellow classmates again after four decades. The reunion became even more meaningful when the cohort joined hands to contribute nearly VND 30 million to the Giving Tree programme, carrying forward the spirit of sharing and accompanying the University on its journey of supporting generations of students.

After 35 years, 63 alumni of Cohort 12 returned to their alma mater, revisiting the lecture halls, the dormitory and the places tied to their youth. On their day of reunion, Cohort 12 presented VND 35 million in scholarships to students of the UEH Dormitory, powerfully spreading the spirit of sharing within the Alumni community.

112 alumni of Cohort 17 returned to UEH together after three decades to pick up the stories of their youth left unfinished. The reunion was an occasion to look back on the road travelled, while also continuing their bond with the university through a scholarship worth VND 40 million for UEH students, conveying their sense of sharing and their faith in the next generation.

More than 30 alumni of the Cohort 7 Planning Class returned to UEH after over 40 years, touring the university’s campuses, expressing gratitude to their teachers and reflecting on their own journeys of growth alongside UEH’s development. The journey continued on to Ca Mau Cape - the southernmost point of the country - as a special note on which to close a deeply meaningful return.

On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of their graduation, alumni of Accounting - Auditing Class 6, Cohort 23 returned together to the Nguyen Tri Phuong campus to tour the grounds, take photos and preserve the moments of their youth at their old university. Every photo and every story retold stood as evidence of the enduring bond of the UEH Alumni community after many years apart.

The first generations of UEH Mekong students came together for the First Gen Reunion - Returning from the Current, marking five years of UEH Mekong’s development. The reunion was an occasion to express gratitude to their teachers, look back on their journeys of growth and open new connections between alumni and current students through networking activities, career sharing and future orientation.
