The year 2025 marked the 5th anniversary of the establishment and development of UEH College of Business (COB), documenting a journey of inheriting foundational values, continuously improving academic quality, expanding international integration, and increasing community-oriented activities to create positive social impact. In alignment with the sustainable development strategy of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), COB has consistently implemented activities across 5 strategic pillars: Training - Research - Governance - Operations - Community Connection, working toward building a modern educational ecosystem closely linked with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

Training - Affirming Quality, Promoting International Integration
COB continues to position training at the center while accelerating program internationalization and standardizing quality according to international practices. Alongside formal education, short-term training and professional development programs for enterprises have been developed with flexibility, meeting lifelong learning needs and enhancing management capacity for the community.
Research - Promoting Innovation and Disseminating Knowledge
Research activities recorded positive growth momentum, contributing to increased academic presence of COB domestically and internationally. In 2025, COB achieved 249 ISI/Scopus/ABDC publications, reflecting the maturation of research capacity among faculty members and scientists. Concurrently, student scientific research movements continue to be promoted, encouraging academic spirit and problem-solving thinking connected to practical applications.
Governance - Consolidating the Foundation for Sustainable Development
COB continues to improve governance toward transparency, efficiency, and sustainability through process standardization, enhanced quality assurance, and faculty development. Collaboration with international professional associations in training and development has helped faculty update trends, approach professional standards, and enhance teaching capacity.

Operations - Toward a Modern, Efficient University Model
In harmony with UEH's digital transformation strategy, COB has progressively standardized operations and accelerated technology application in training management, academics, and administration, moving toward a lean - efficient - flexible model. Simultaneously, COB has integrated resource-saving practices, efficient facility utilization, and environmental impact reduction, accompanying UEH's green university orientation.
Community - Increasing Collaborative Value and Social Impact
COB has expanded and deepened its multi-dimensional cooperative ecosystem with enterprises, professional associations, international organizations, and development projects. In 2025, COB recorded 275 short-term training courses, thereby consolidating its role as a companion to the business community, disseminating management knowledge, and contributing to socio-economic development. 16 newly signed Research Fellows participated in teaching/co-teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels, contributing to enhanced internationalization, practical relevance, and training quality.
