Flexible learning modes while ensuring training progress
UEH will implement online teaching and learning on April 25; April 28–29; and May 2–3, 2026, and will not organize examinations during this period, enabling learners to proactively arrange their study plans, travel, and holidays without affecting academic progress and quality.
For technical courses that cannot be delivered online, the University will allow time off and arrange appropriate make-up classes.
Hybrid working arrangements to ensure effective and safe operations during the extended holiday
All faculty and staff of UEH will apply a hybrid working model (online and on-site) on April 28–29, 2026. Departments will proactively arrange personnel to ensure tasks are handled promptly without disrupting overall operations.
Alongside facilitating favorable conditions for learners and staff, UEH will also implement synchronized measures to ensure safety across its campuses. Inspection of electrical systems, fire prevention, facility sanitation, and 24/7 security duty will be strictly maintained.
The display of the national flag at campuses will also be implemented, contributing to a formal and respectful atmosphere during the holiday.
With a flexible and coordinated approach, UEH not only ensures continuous training and operations but also affirms its people-centered orientation in all governance policies./.
