On May 8, 2026, the Faculty of Business Talents, UEH.ISB Honours College, welcomed a delegation of lecturers and students from Singapore Management University (SMU) under the framework of a student exchange program combined with academic collaboration on the course "SMU-XO Green Economy." The program offered an academic space, international experience, and cross-cultural connections between students of the two universities, while broadening perspectives on sustainable development, the green economy, and entrepreneurial spirit in the regional context.
The program welcomed a delegation of 18 members from Singapore Management University, including lecturers and 15 international students from Singapore, Indonesia, and India. The participation of the SMU delegation created a rich cross-cultural exchange environment, opening opportunities for students to share learning perspectives, international experiences, and cultural differences within the Asian region.
Accompanying the program were 07 outstanding students from UEH.ISB Honours College, serving as academic and cultural bridges, supporting the visiting delegation throughout their experience at UEH.
The program commenced with the SMU student delegation participating in a Campus Tour, exploring the dynamic and modern learning spaces at UEH. Representatives from UEH.ISB Honours College also shared an overview of the development journey, notable milestones, and the internationally standardized training ecosystem of UEH and UEH.ISB.

The meeting atmosphere became lively and warm with energetic performances by the ISB LOM Club. The program's highlight was a series of in-depth lessons and discussions linked to the "SMU-XO Green Economy" course, centered around the theme: "Twin Transition for Sustainable Entrepreneurship in Vietnam and Southeast Asia: From Green Economy Principles to ESG-Ready Businesses."

At the program, students from both universities participated in thematic lessons and group discussion activities. The 15 international students from SMU and 07 students from UEH.ISB Honours College were divided into collaborative groups to solve scenarios related to applying green economy principles to business operations.
Trained in a 100% English environment, UEH.ISB students actively exchanged, debated, and collaborated with international students to present creative solutions, demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and multidimensional perspectives. The activity not only helped learners develop cross-cultural teamwork skills but also created many memorable academic connections and experiences between students of the two universities.
