On August 12, 2023, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Real Estate Association held a delegate congress of the Vietnam Real Estate Education Association (VNREEA) I (2023 - 2027) and Vietnam Real Estate Human Resources Forum (2023 - 2024). Attending the event were Dr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), Mr. Le Khac Hiep, Vice Chairman of VNREA, Mr. Le Hoang Chau, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association, together with representatives of public and private universities with real estate or land management programs, short-term training institutes, and a number of interested businesses.

VNREA decided to establish the Vietnam Real Estate Education Association (VNREEA). This is a professional social organization that brings together higher education institutions, vocational education institutions, businesses, organizations and individuals who are lecturers, experts, researchers, etc. in the real estate sector. Dr. Nguyen Van Khoi, Chairman of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, shared: "With the participation of more than 100 universities, representatives of large enterprises in the real estate industry, the Office of the National Council for Education and Human Resource Development... I hope all of us can sit down together to discuss and find effective and practical solutions to improve the quality of human resources in real estate in Vietnam."

Standing Committee of the Vietnam Real Estate Education Association, Term I, 2023-2028
The official launching event of VNREEA marks an important milestone for the development of training and high-quality human resource supply for Vietnam's real estate industry. This is also an opportunity to meet and exchange industry information, and closely link the ‘supply-demand’ of human resources in the real estate industry, strongly promoting joint actions towards the goal of improving high-quality human resources to meet the needs of sustainable integration and development of enterprises and the Vietnamese real estate industry.
In the future, the Vietnam Real Estate Education Association (VNREEA) will conduct a number of activities that have a positive impact on the teaching and short-term training of real estate such as translating popular textbooks and organizing activities receiving the participation of other universities such as student competitions.
