During the session, the speaker emphasized that in the context of constantly changing technology and labor markets, each individual needs to proactively learn, renew themselves, and adapt to new job requirements. Lifelong learning is not only about attending training courses or updating professional knowledge, but also an attitude of readiness to embrace new things, learn from practical experiences, from colleagues, and from the challenges encountered during work.

Through the exchange of content and interactive activities, the program helped participants better identify their personal values, learn how to build a professional image, develop communication skills, and create meaningful relationships in the professional environment.

This training course is one of UEH's practical activities aimed at accompanying its staff and employees in their personal and professional development journey. Through this, UEH continues to affirm its commitment to investing in the comprehensive development of its workforce, aiming to build a high-quality human resource base that meets the requirements of innovation and sustainable development in the new era.
