On August 9, 2024, at Hall B1.302, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and Central Retail Vietnam officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance educational and career development, support research initiatives and promote community engagement. At the signing ceremony, Central Retail Vietnam also organized a talk show to introduce the Vietnam Management Associate Program 2024 to UEH students.
Overview of the signing ceremony
Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of Central Retail Vietnam, there was the presence of Ms. Thai Thi Thu Thao - Human Resources Director, Ms. Dao Kim Ngon - Recruitment Director; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh - Recruitment Manager and other staff currently working at Central Retail.
On behalf of UEH, there was the participation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Quang Hung - Vice President of the University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Thanh Trang - Vice Principal of UEH College of Business; Mr. Truong Minh Kiet - Head of Marketing - Communication Department; Mr. Nguyen Van Duong - Head of Department of Student Affairs; Dr. Nguyen Tan Trung - Chief of Office of UEH College of Business; Mr. Bui My Ngoc - Vice Dean of School of Foreign Languages and representatives of departments/offices, faculties from schools/institutes.
Appreciating the companionship of the partners for UEH, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Quang Hung - Vice President of UEH - remarked: “Central Retail Vietnam is one of the important partners that has always accompanied the University in the past time through business tours, internships, recruitment, etc. University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City sincerely thanks the contributions and support of the Group. We hope that the Group will continue to accompany and closely connect with the University based on the foundation that both sides have built in the past time. Today's signing event will open up more connection activities from the University to businesses in the future. ”

At the signing ceremony, the representative of Central Retail Vietnam emphasized: “UEH and Central Retail share the same vision, mission, and core values in the story of education and training. Especially with the Management Associate program, students will have a 2-year comprehensive development roadmap, access to global knowledge and become irreplaceable leaders at Central Retail. ”

After the signing ceremony, Central Retail Vietnam organized a talk show to introduce the Vietnam Management Associate Program 2024 - a program to nurture and to develop human potential, aiming to recruit, to train and to foster an excellent leadership team for Central Retail Vietnam. The talk show helps students get closer to career opportunities at the Group as well as receive detailed, useful information and enthusiastic advice from the company's human resources team.
