Every wish sent through the wish.ueh.edu.vn platform is a new point of connection on the world map, helping to depict the international network that has accompanied, is accompanying and will continue to accompany UEH on its journey of integration and sustainable development.

On September 16, 2026, a delegation of leaders from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) visited and worked with the Consulate General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City. The delegation was warmly received by Mr. ONO Masuo, Consul General of Japan in HCMC, along with Consuls in charge of education and economic-trade affairs. The meeting served as an opportunity for both sides to review current cooperative activities between UEH and Japanese partners, as well as discuss new avenues for connection in education, business, and the community, thereby contributing to the promotion of Vietnam-Japan cooperative relations.

The event was connected live to the national broadcast of the "Opening Ceremony for the 2026–2027 Academic Year and Inauguration of Multi-Level Boarding Schools in Border Communes" organized by the Ministry of Education and Training. This academic year holds special significance as UEH looks forward to celebrating its 50th anniversary of establishment and development (1976–2026).
