The term 2020-2025 marks a strong transformation of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) from a multi-disciplinary university model to a multi-disciplinary and sustainable university model. Implementing the Party's guidelines and the Government’s legal policies on university autonomy and internationalization of education, with the vision of becoming a leading university in Asia, UEH has affirmed its pioneering position in the innovation of higher education, sustainable development, serving the community, providing high-quality human resources in various areas of the economy. This result demonstrates the comprehensive leadership in the spirit of innovation and sustainable development thinking of the UEH leadership, in which the Party Committee is the core political "nucleus" that brings the University firmly on the path of development. Keywords: securities, stock brokerage, stock market Recently, in Vietnam’s stock market, there have been many disputes related to stock brokerage. Currently, the law on MGCK activities is relatively complete in terms of legal framework. Nevertheless, no matter how strict the law is, it cannot cover all cases. Within the scope of this article, the author has generalized stock brokerage activities in Vietnam. Through the method of analysis and synthesis in accordance with the current legal regulations, including laws, decrees, and circulars, this study evaluates the remaining shortcomings in the legal regulations of the MGCK profession. Thereby, a number of recommendations and solutions are provided to supplement and to improve regulations related to stock brokerage activities in our country.
