2021 SOG Talk: “AI World Society and Global Enlightenment Age”
On December 17th, 2021, UEH College of Economics, Law and Government (CELG) organized 2021 SOG Talk: “AI World Society and Global Enlightenment Age” with the unification of national and international experts. This program was an exchange bridge for multi-dimensional connections between theoretical and realistic insights in the age of global enlightenment.
In terms of College of Economics, Law and Government, there was the participation of Dr. Dinh Cong Khai - Deputy Head; Dr. Pham Khanh Nam - Deputy Head; Dr. Duong Kim The Nguyen - Dean at School of Law; Dr. Vo Tat Thang - Vice Dean at School of Economics. In addition, the program had the attendance of lecturers affiliated with CELG and national and international guest specialists.
The guest speaker of the program was Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Director of Boston Global Forum (BGF), Co-founder of AIWS City, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of VietNamNet (1997-2011).

Throughout the program, the guest speaker presented core contents of Artificial Intelligence World Society (AIWS) and Age of Global Enlightenment. Participating delegates together discovered and exchanged the birth context of AIWS as well as 100-year United Nations initiatives. Scholars gave their perspectives and deeply discussed the 7-layer model of AIWS covering: (1) Social indentures for the age of artificial intelligence, (2) Agreement foundations and global laws in terms of Artificial intelligence, (3) Artificial intelligence governments, (4) Artificial intelligence citizens and assistants, (5) Recognition and incentives for people with sociopolitical innovative contributions, (6) Principles of artificial intelligence social education, and (7) Practice modality: Artificial Intelligence World Society City (AIWS City).
Regarding 100-year United Nations initiatives, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan delivered the content surrounding the concepts of the enlightenment age and pillars in creating the age of global enlightenment including: (1) Politics, (2) Global management and law, (3) Creative all-people economy - an ecosystem for each person to be a creator, (4) Global enlightenment education, (5) Reliable and honest information, (6) Cultural norms. At the end of the program, the presenter gave an analysis of the upcoming developing journey with the idea of forming a digital management global alliance; constructing an opened mechanism, unifying human intelligence to accompany and evolve; issues of building an Enlightenment-era area; and Global Enlightenment Community of Artificial Intelligence World Society City. In that context, all delegates discussed cooperation mechanisms in the digital era and new opportunities for Vietnam to hold a pioneering position accompanying the age of global enlightenment.
