Economics Student Volunteer Campaign 2024: Commencement of projects in Response to the Peak Day of "Volunteers Participating in Building New Rural Areas"

Under the leadership of the UEH Youth Union - Student Association, the Economic Student Volunteer Campaign 2024 - Stage 1: Green Summer simultaneously started 11 social projects bringing positive values to the locality with a total cost of 366,148,000 VND, demonstrating the pioneering spirit of the youth and the desire to contribute to the cause of building an increasingly developed and prosperous homeland.

Solemnly commencing meaningful projects, kicking off a hopeful and brilliant campaign season

Within just the first 6 days of the campaign, the Command Board and the teams of the Economic Student Volunteer Campaign 2024 have excellently established outstanding achievements in the peak period "Volunteers participating in building new rural areas" with 03 projects "Rural traffic routes" (total length of 1000m), 05 practical and effective youth projects "Lighting up rural roads" (total length of 4375m and 157 lamp posts), helping people to move conveniently, ensuring security, order, traffic safety as well as peace of mind to work and develop the economy.

In addition, the Campaign promptly grasped urgent local issues, flexibly implementing projects to meet other social security needs such as the "Children's Playground Cover" project in Hoa Tinh Commune, "Repairing houses of gratitude" in Tan Long Hoi Commune and "Domestic tap water line" in Cai Nhum town. The above projects contributed to upgrading infrastructure and changing the appearance of the homeland there, thereby affirming the beautiful lifestyle, the spirit of mutual love, and the community of UEH youth.

UEH Green Summer Soldiers are full of enthusiasm, ready to complete assigned tasks

In the weather of volunteer days, the green-shirt soldiers enthusiastically volunteered to carry out mass mobilization in each locality with bright smiles on their faces and an enthusiastic, diligent spirit. The warm welcome along with the rustic gifts from the countryside that the locals gave them added great motivation during the days of stationing in remote areas for the young volunteers.
