To mark a significant step in raising awareness about Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), the Department of Student Affairs (DSA) successfully hosted the online seminar “Diversity Inclusion in Multinational Workplaces”.

The session featured speaker Đỗ Hoàng Anh, a professional consultant in workplace diversity and leadership development. Drawing on years of experience and expertise in talent development, he delivered thought-provoking, relatable, and inspiring insights designed to resonate with students on their journey of exploring diversity at UEH.

Speaker’s presentation stood out for its practical, behavior-driven approach. His smooth and engaging delivery transformed complex concepts into accessible ideas. Attendees not only gained a deeper understanding of the three layers of workplace culture but also explored the multifaceted nature of diversity in multinational corporations. Through compelling discussions, the speaker shed light on topics like unconscious biases in leadership assessment and the lesser-discussed challenges of diversity.
