Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies (JABES) to digitize 30 years’ worth of published articles

26 Jan, 2021

In looking forward to UEH’s 45th and JABES’s 30th anniversary, respectively, the Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies (JABES, or formerly known as Journal of Economic Development) finally took the step forward in verifying, archiving and publishing all articles written between 1990 – 2020 to their website in both Vietnamese and English.
This effort took place from November 2018 to November 2020, under the Webometrics Ranking Improvement Project at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. Upon completion, faculty members and public readers will then have an additional valuable source of reference for their scientific research needs; thereby, enhancing the citation index ranking and overall academic reputation for both the University and JABES.

To access all published articles, please visit: http://jabes.ueh.edu.vn/, and choose either English or Vietnamese to your convenience and preference.

All published articles in both English and Vietnamese versions can and will be free for access (except for all articles dated from 2017-2020 in Vietnamese version). Upon selecting the preferred language of choice, faculty members and readers can navigate to “Tra Cứu Bài Viết” (in Vietnamese) or “View Articles” (in English).

Journal of Asian Business and Economic Studies (JABES) is an international scientific journal in the field of economics and business, published as a quarterly issue for English edition from 2021 and a monthly issue for Vietnamese edition. Most notably, its English edition has been published on the Emerald publishing system since 2018. At JABES, all research papers go through the process of closed peer review and rigorously evaluated to ensure proper standards and improve academic quality of scientific articles.
