The program integrates multiple majors such as environment, art, engineering, planning, public policy, diverse experiences from lectures, seminars to design/practical workshops, StudioLab, and the number of subjects taught by foreign professors and experts. Especially, modern technologies: VR, AR, 3D Printing, urban simulation ... are also integrated and applied in design, planning, development and management.

After graduating from the undergraduate program at the Institute of Urban Intelligence and Management, students can continue to study for an additional two years for a master's degree. They will be awarded a dual Master's Degree and an Architect Degree that is oriented towards accreditation according to ASIIN, European standards.

Students applying to the Institute of Smart Cities and Management can register to take the exam in the following groups: A, D, V (only for group V is without multiplier). Notably, the Institute will not hold the aptitude exam. Aptitude subjects will be trained after enrollment.
