On the evening of March 25, 2021, at Hall B1-302, Campus B, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) solemnly held the Opening Ceremony for Part-time University Courses, Session 2 - 2021.

Attending the Opening Ceremony, on the side of the UEH Board of  Management, there were Prof.Dr. Su Dinh Thanh - UEH President and leaders of the training units and affiliated functional units of the University and 469 newly-admitted students.

An overview of the Opening Ceremony

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Prof.Dr. Su Dinh Thanh - The President of the University is pleased to welcome new students to the UEH family. He also advises and encourages them to strive and persevere to overcome challenges while studying and getting the best results.

Dr. Nguyen Thien Duy - Head of Department of Regular Training, announces the Decision on the establishment of the course.

In this opening phase, 469 new students were admitted from courses K2021 VB1/TP2, K2021 VB2/TP2, K2021 LTCĐ/TP2 and K2021 LTTC/TP2.

Course K2021 VB1/TP2 is a part-time university course for those who have graduated from high school, supplemented high school, trained for 3.5 years in majors: Enterprise Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Law, International Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, Business English and E-Commerce.

Course K2021 VB2/TP2 is a part-time university course for those who have graduated from University, trained for 2 years in majors: Human Resource Management, Finance, Marketing, Business Law, Accounting. Business, Management and Business English.

Course K2021 LTCĐ/TP2 is a part-time university course for those who have graduated from college, trained for 1.5 years in majors: Corporate Accounting, International Business, Management, Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management.

Course K2021 LTTC/TP2 is a part-time university course for those who have graduated from Intermediate, 2.5 years training in majors: Corporate Accounting, International Business, Management and Finance.

Ms. Nguyen Tran Minh Chau - Representative of UEH Library, guides students to exploit data from the Library.

MSc. Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Representative of the Department of Student Affairs informed the students about student support service.

MSc. Nguyen Hoang Son - Deputy Head of Department of Regular Training disseminated the academic regulations.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Regular Training informed students about information to support academic studies in the registration of modules, solving for postponement of exams, combined exams and other school activities for students to participate such as sports, arts... In addition, the school library also provides students with information about the database, how to connect and exploit data from the smart library of the school. Representatives of the Department of Student Affairs shared the functions and duties of the Department and activities associated with the learners, connecting learners with resources inside and outside the school; ensuring the best learning experience at UEH.

The ceremony was successfully carried out; it provides learners with useful information, actively support students during the upcoming learning process.
