School of Economics - Career orientation UEH students signed a cooperation agreement with DIGINET Company

On the afternoon of March 19, 2021, the signing ceremony of training cooperation between the School of Economics - University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and DIGINET Company solemnly took place at Room B1.309.
Attending the signing ceremony, from the side of DIGINET Company, there were Ms. Hoang Thien Huong - Deputy General Director; Ms. Doan Thi Kim Oanh - Head of Human Resources Administration; Mr. Le Anh Duy - HR System Implementation Manager (Course 36 student in Department of Human Resources); Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh - Head of Customer Care HR (Course 36 student in Department of Human Resources); Mr. Huynh The Thien - HR Systems Implementation Specialist and Ms. Huynh Kim Chau - DIGINET Communications Manager. On the side of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, there were Dr. Pham Khanh Nam - Head of the School of Economics, Dr. Thai Tri Dung - Head of Department of Human Resources, MSc. Vo Thanh Tam - Deputy Head of Department and Mr. Tran Dinh Vinh and officials of the School of Economics. Attending the meeting and signing MOU were also representatives from HUREA Club - Huynh Thu Thao (Head of the Club), Pham Thi Hang (Vice President of the Club) and Le Khanh Hoang Huy (Vice Chairman of the Club).
Representative of School leaders, Dr. Pham Khanh Nam introduced the School's vision, mission and core values and thanked DIGINET for facilitating the School of Economics students to participate in internships at the company. He also expressed his desire to cooperate with your company in the subsequent activities such as sending students to join the business semester, sharing career skills... Besides, Dr. Thai Tri Dung - Head of Department of Human Resources, also introduced training and research orientation of the subject in the future and discussed with DIGINET n some areas of cooperation between the Department of Human Resource and Human Resources Division of the company.
Ms. Hoang Thien Huong - Deputy General Director, introduced DIGINET as a company specializing in providing management applications, especially software in human resource management (timekeeping, payroll, management and filtering recruitment, management training management...). She also shared about the areas where the two sides can cooperate, such as: guiding students to implement the business semester; assisting HUREA Student Club in academic competitions; sending HR experts to share practical experiences, commenting on application-oriented training programs; and installing a simulation system of human resources management to help students of the subject get access to the reality of work in the best way.

At the ceremony, the two sides signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the following contents: Send students to practice and participate in the business semester; organize professional seminars on state management of human resources; invited experts from DIGINET to give a seminar on human resources management to students studying the subject; cooperation in training program development; professional training. The two sides also coordinated organizing, exchanging academics and sending experienced experts to participate in teaching; guiding topics, graduation thesis; guiding students to do scientific research and other training programs; professional training.

In globalization, universities always want to improve the quality of training to provide high-quality human resources for the economy. The signing ceremony of cooperation between UEH and DIGINET Company opens a long-term and sustainable cooperation relationship, bringing many practical benefits to students - schools - businesses.
