The seminar exchanged, discussed and consulted experts on existing obstacles for public universities to apply the governance model under the mechanism of full autonomy, as well as potential policy proposals.

Experts have contributed ideas and useful comments to help improve the governance model of public universities under the mechanism of full autonomy in Vietnam to develop sustainably, improve training efficiency, financial transparency, as well as to create internal resources within autonomous public universities.
