Highlights in the south of the city, located on the front of Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard, the new spacious and modern campus of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) promises to bring UEHers an open, creative, green space close to nature following the green university model "green university".

Located adjacent to the new residential area of the southern gateway university cluster, Nguyen Van Linh campus has a prime location just 10km from the center of the busy urban area of Phu My Hung, and from Nguyen Huu Tho street to the district 7: 9km; 6.5km from Pham Hung road and Highway 50 to District 8: about 6km. Nguyen Van Linh campus is only about 7km from Nguyen Tri Phuong B campus and about 12km from Nguyen Dinh Chieu A campus, creating favorable conditions for the movement of lecturers and students between campuses.

With modern design, environmentally friendly space, the 10-storey central building and UEH's spacious lecture halls are increasingly perfecting and immersing themselves in the cool and spacious natural landscape of the southern university urban area.

The central building, when complete with many green spaces, is a light building with led lights around the outside, which can change color depending on needs.

The Central Library Building is synchronously connected with the digital library at Nguyen Tri Phuong Campus, bringing a rich and diversified source of academic documents, forming an open knowledge space serving the UEH community. This will be an ideal place to nurture self-study spirit, develop teamwork skills and scientific research of UEHers. Especially, away from the noisy city center, in the green campus, the smart library at Nguyen Van Linh Campus will really inspire and help the idea sublimation.

All lecture halls and classrooms are fully equipped with learning facilities, perspectives, and layout similar to the base classrooms B1-15 floors. In particular, the rooms are designed flexibly, with plenty of light with open spaces blending with the surrounding landscape, to stimulate creativity and cohesion between lecturers and students.

According to the design, in the coming time, the campus will be covered with greenery by landscape systems, lakes, harmoniously decorated with natural space, along with facilities, study areas and relax outdoors. An outstanding trait that an in-town university will hardly have.

Along with the green campus, the works are built according to the principle of "green architecture", effectively utilizing sunlight energy and prioritizing the use of environmentally friendly materials, maximizing savings electricity, ensuring sustainable development.

According to the plan, the South of the city will become a modern university city with many domestic and foreign universities such as RMIT, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Ton Duc Thang University, University of Economics - Finance Ho Chi Minh City, Van Hien University, Cryptography Academy, ... developed with existing residential areas such as Conic, Mizuki, Intresco 13E, GreenLife 13C, Happy city, Saigon Intela... Accordingly, there will be many convenience stores, shopping and bustling dining areas opened to serve the needs of students and residential areas. Especially, in the future, the business and dining models will be developed right on the campus of Nguyen Van Linh Campus, creating a convenient, quality and self-contained service system - serving students and community.

Complete traffic infrastructure, convenient for moving and using public transport, with many inner city traffic routes such as Nguyen Van Linh line connecting District 7, District 4; Pham Hung route connects District 8, District 10. In addition, there are major highways connecting the South of the city with neighboring provinces via National Highway 1, Highway 50 going to the Mekong Delta provinces, a ring road connecting Nhon Trach - Dong Nai with Long An - Binh Chanh and the suburban districts of Ho Chi Minh City. In the near future, the school will equip shuttle buses to transport students from Nguyen Tri Phuong Campus and Dormitory 135 Tran Hung Dao to study at Nguyen Van Linh Campus - South City.

After nearly 44 years of establishment and development, the foundation of UEH Nguyen Van Linh Nam City was an effort and a breakthrough step of UEH in the modernization of facilities commensurate with the position of the univeristy, to meet the requirements of international integration and competition. This is also a testament to the right steps, breakthrough strategies in the university autonomy process and UEH's development.
