UEH delegation visited Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and signed a cooperation agreement with Singapore Management University, Republic Polytechnic University

On the morning of December 2, 2019, the UEH delegation met and exchanged experience on data access for research with SMU's leaders and visited the University library. Welcoming the UEH delegation towards SMU, there was Prof. Lily Kong as the president and representatives of leaders of SMU's units.

In the afternoon of the same day, there was a meeting between leaders of participating units exchanging about opportunities for international cooperation between UEH and SMU.

The two sides signed a cooperation agreement, focusing on the following main areas: Exchange of lecturers and students of undergraduate and graduate programs; cooperate in developing research cooperation, establish academic centers and activities between the two universities.

On the afternoon of December 3, 2019, a signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics was held with the Republic of Singapore Polytechnic School (RP), Singapore. This is the result of approximately 6-month negotiation between the Tourism Institute and the Republic of Singapore Polytechnic School (RP). Through this cooperation, the Tourism Institute will carry out startup tours targeting investors from Singapore. Tourism Institute will send students to practice in Singapore and receive Singapore students from practicing in Vietnam; exchange lecturers and students, as well as organizing international conferences.
