UEH honorable welcome Hon Steven Joyce - Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills and Employment of New Zealand

On the occasion of the visit to Vietnam, in the afternoon March 19th 2014, UEH, the Victoria University of Wellington and the New Zealand Embassy in Vietnam honorable welcome Hon Steven Joyce - Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills and Employment of New Zealand.

Attending the reception, there have Mr. Haike Manning – the New Zealand Ambassador in Vietnam; Mr. Izak Human - New Zealand Director of Education in Southeast Asia; Prof. Nguyen Dong Phong – President of UEH; Prof. Rob Rabel - Vice Chancellor of Victoria University of Wellington; Mr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh city Department of Education and Training; Mr. Dang Ho Tuyen - Deputy Principal Le Quy Don high-school Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Lam Van Trieu - Deputy Principal Le Quy Don high-school Ho Chi Minh City and leaders in managing board of New Zealand programs in Vietnam. There also have head of units in UEH, students and media participating in.

This reception is seen as the confirmation of New Zealand in commitment trusted partner in providing international certifications in Vietnam. This also confirms the success of joint training programs between New Zealand and Vietnam. One of these is the joint training program between UEH and Victoria University of Wellington which has been organized in UEH campus.
