The attendees included entrepreneurs, domestic and international experts on innovation, blockchain technology, artificial intelligence, and strategic management such as Prof.Dr. Utz Dornberger (Director of the International SEPT Program at the University of Leipzig, Germany); Mr. Cris D. Tran (General Director of Infinity Blockchain Venture); Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh (Senior Manager of Axon, Former Head of AI Research, Samsung SDS); and Mr. Dao Trung Kien (PNJ Strategy Division Director).

From UEH, the seminar welcomed Dr. Bui Quang Hung - Vice President; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Phan Thi Bich Nguyet - Chairman of Advisory Council and Director of Institute of Innovation; Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Khac Quoc Bao - Head of Training Department and Director of Financial Technology Institute; MSc. Huynh Phuoc Nghia - Deputy Director of the Institute of Innovation and various lecturers from all departments, faculties.

Presenting the opening keynote speech, Prof. Dr. Utz Dornberger - Director of the International SEPT Program of Leipzig University showed an overview of Innovation Management in Vietnam enterprises.

In this seminar, Mr. Cris D. Tran shared about the necessity of blockchain technology in information processing, transparent operation and automation at corporations and enterprises. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh - Former Manager of Axon, Former Head of AI Research, Samsung SDS also shared about digital transformation issue with the presentation: "Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning".

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh - Former Manager of Axon, Former Head of AI Research, Samsung SDS delivered the keynote speech: "Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning".

Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Khac Quoc Bao delivered a speech on: "great blockade" and global trends after Covid-19; the impacts on Vietnam in general and its policy; Adaptive and resilient capacity of Vietnamese enterprises post Covid-19.

Mr. Dao Trung Kien (Director of PNJ Strategy Division) brought up a case study of digital transformation at PNJ in which business and working environment had changed post Covid-19.

Mr. Dao Trung Kien stated “The great lessons of PNJ for self-recovery after Covid-19: Consistent leadership in decision making; Rebuilding a completely new business model, Willingness to dismiss what have been carefully prepared but may lead to failure”
