On 04/04/2021, at Campus B - Nguyen Tri Phuong, School of Business Information Technology, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) held the Opening Ceremony for the 2021 X-Tech Competition and Round 2 - Multiple choice online test to look for the "Young technology talents in the digital economy era".

X-Tech is the first academic competition in the field of Economics - Technology organized by the Youth Union - Student Association of School of Business Information Technology, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City to welcome and find talented young people throughout the city who have the same passions and interests.

This year's X-Tech competition is held in 3 Rounds. The competition has organized an offline multiple choice round to choose 40 students with the highest score to enter the final round.

On the afternoon of the same day, at Hall B1.302, the Opening Ceremony of X-Tech 2021 attracted a large number of candidates.

Attending the program, there were MSc. Phan Hien - Deputy Head of School of Business Information Technology, Ms. Vo Thi Thao Lil - Deputy Secretary of the School - Head of the Organizing Committee of the X-Tech 2021 Competition. On the guest side, there were Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Bao Tran - Recruitment Specialist senior staff at PwC Vietnam and Mr. Do Duc Thinh - Head of Technology Consulting Department, PwC Consulting - the Gold Sponsor, Ms. Xuan Ha - Representative of SS4U Express Software Company - Co-sponsor and Mr. Le Minh Triet - Co-Founder Student Coach Program.

At the ceremony, the Mentors drew lots to divide the team for the final round and then met their team. There were 10 teams, corresponding to 10 Mentors who act as advisors.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work with Mentors who are lecturers of the School of Business Information Technology and those with many years of experience in the field of economic technology. Under the enthusiastic support of the Mentors, the teams have had the perfect combination to create unique, practical ideas and products, leaving their own mark in the final round.

In addition, the competition organizers also help the candidates better understand how to take the final round to have the best performance with the sharing of Ms. Vo Thi Thao Lil - Deputy Secretary of the School of Information Technology, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Competition.
