Knowledge

Students acquire knowledge related to: Strategic Management; Marketing strategy; Organizing behavior; Financial management; Corporate social responsibility. The details of each knowledge gained are as follows:

  • Improve knowledge, apply tools to analyze business environment.
  • Assess the internal capacity of the enterprise and the external influences as a basis for strategy formulation.
  • On that basis, to gain a strategic management knowledge Knowledge of marketing strategies, especially confidence in market analysis, product strategy analysis, pricing strategy analysis, distribution strategy and marketing strategy. business promotion.
  • Improve understanding and handling of conflicts within an organization, among its members.
  • Confident in leadership position when facing conflicts between individuals, between individuals and organizations.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and estimation of the relationship between inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates.
