Law and development is a compulsory subject. This course discusses the role of law in promoting a country's development by comparing the diversity of the legal system, the concept of law, the behavior of the law, the process of how legislation in different countries at different stages has promoted or inhibited development. Property law is an elective subject. After completing this course, students will understand: Legal regime of property and types of property, especially land use rights, Legal regime of property ownership, forms of ownership, Legal regime on property transactions: purchase and sale, capital contribution, mortgage, pledge.
