UEH’s Efforts to Create an Inclusive Environment for Faculty and Students

30 Oct, 2023

As both lecturers and students, including those in part-time, postgraduate, and executive programs, face challenges balancing work, study, and family responsibilities, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) is committed to supporting its community, enabling lecturers and students to balance their studies and their responsibilities as parents, at the same time, creating a more comprehensive environment for all UEHers through practical activities. UEH strives to foster a balanced and inclusive environment by providing practical resources and activities that benefit both faculty, students, and their children, allowing parents to focus on their work and studies.

Modern, Free Facilities for Faculty and Student Families

UEH recognizes that an ideal learning and working environment requires supportive infrastructure. Recently, UEH has invested in creating dedicated, modern facilities that extend beyond educational needs, also accommodating the needs of faculty and students’ children.

Comfortable Rest Spaces: Airy, well-equipped rest areas provide spaces where children can relax and unwind.

Safe Play Areas: Spacious, secure playgrounds enable children to engage, explore, and develop social skills in a healthy setting.

Diverse Recreational Spaces for Creative Exploration

UEH is dedicated to creating enjoyable, enriching activities for children, fostering engagement, camaraderie, and an internal culture that values youth. These spaces allow children to interact, learn, and strengthen their bonds, embodying UEH’s commitment to a child-friendly environment.

With these efforts, UEH hopes to reassure faculty and students alike that they can count on the university’s support as they advance together toward a sustainable future with UEH.
