Job description

The position reports to Senior or Manager, will have the detailed responsibilities as follows:

·         Be responsible for and understand the audit approach, methodology & tools;

·         Understanding and performing the audit procedures assigned to you;

·         Perform analytical review of financial information;

·         Prepare financial statement reports and documentation supporting audit opinions;

·         Review client accounting, operating and internal control procedures;

·         Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients of the firm, understanding opportunities to assist with their issues;

·         Ensure that working file is complete and ready for management review;

·         Maintain professional development and regularly expand technical competence;

·         Perform other related duties and tasks as requested by senior/manager.

Job requirements

Candidates for the position need to fulfill the following criteria:

Experiences

·         Bachelor degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance

·         At least 1 – 2 years working experience in Auditing firms

·         Good knowledge of VAS and/or IFRS

·         Equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA Australia and ICAEW) would be added advantage

Skills

·         Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

·         Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

·         Strong analytical, problem solving and proactive skills

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Time management and prioritization skills

·         Ability to work effectively and efficiently to meet very tight reporting deadlines
