The 3rd Port-City Universities Summit-PUS 2019 is held from November 6 to 8, 2019, at AURAK (American University of Ras Al Khaimah) of the Emirate United Arab Emirates - UAE.

UEH President signed the cooperation agreement between Vietnam - Korea Global Business Administration program with FKI Federation and discussed new cooperation opportunities with Soongsil University.

From November 19 to November 21, 2019, the Delegation of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics. Ho Chi Minh (UEH) by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dong Phong - President led with Dr. Tran Mai Dong - Head of Department of Research Administration - International Relations attended the signing ceremony to develop the "Vietnam - Korea Global Business Administration" program between UEH and the International Management Academy ( IMI) under the Korean Industrial Federation (FKI). On the occasion of this Korean trip, the UEH Delegation worked to discuss the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on training and scientific research, especially the Financial Technology program (Fintech) with Soongsil University. (South Korea).
