The 20th MBA Graduation Ceremony of CFVG

The MBA Graduation Ceremony was organized by CFVG on 16th May 2014 at Majestic Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was honoured to welcome the Vice Chairman of Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Paris, Île-de-France (CCIR) Jean–Paul Vermès; Director of International Relations Education Division at CCIR Marianne Conde–Salazar; the UEH’s Vice President Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Trong Hoai; CFVG Co–Directors Jean-Louis Pare; CFVG partners’ representatives, research institutions and enterprises.

The UEH’s scholars led by the Vice President, Prof. Nguyen Trong Hoai visited to the National University of Singapore (NUS), Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (NUS) and Nanyang Technology University (NTU).

The Press Conference of "MBA Talent Scholarship"

The International School of Business, a member of the UEH, organized a Press Conference to introduce "MBA Talent Scholarship" on 17th June 2014. This program is collaborated between ISB (the UEH) and the University of Western Sydney (UWS, Australia), which offers 20 full MBA scholarships for outstanding students; with the total value up to 300,000 USD.

The 2nd Postgraduates Graduation Ceremony in 2013 and Honorary Doctorate for Assoc. Prof. Yi Chen Lan

The graduation ceremony was organized on 10th May 2014 at the UEH’s main campus for postgraduate students year 2013 and especially Vice President of University of Western Sydney Assoc. Prof. Yi Chen Lan, who is also awarded the Honorary Doctorate.

The Opening Ceremony of "Ph.D. in Economics and Master of Public Administration (MPA)"

The University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City organized a grand opening ceremony of Ph.D. program in Economics and MPA programs on 19th April 2014 at the UEH main campus. Participants include the UEH’s President Prof. Nguyen Dong Phong; the UEH’s Vice Presidents, Dean and Vice Dean of the UEH faculties, institutions, as well as 30 Ph.D. candidates and 192 postgraduate students. According to Prof. Nguyen Dong Phong, there are few universities in Viet Nam providing courses in Public Administration, Public Policy and Public Finance, hence as a key university in Viet Nam, the UEH has a responsibility to contribute in the development of local government staffs.

The UEH introduced new publication "Viet Nam Economics's Prospects 2014: Institution and Transparency", this is a new pubilication and different from the previous prints. The questions here are: Where was this book from? How did people make it? What are its main content and highlights? How would they do that?
