Hau Giang Province, located in the center of the Southwest region, converges numerous favorable factors with great potential and advantages for socio-economic development, especially agriculture, logistics, and energy and tourism and more. On the other hand, the fact that Hau Giang’s Provincial Innovation Index (PII) is neither high nor positive does not commensurate with the province’s potential.
