The UEH Chief Executive Officer Program (UEH CEO Program)—a training initiative by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) aimed at enhancing leadership and executive capabilities to restructure Vietnamese enterprises through science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation—has officially opened for applications for its first intake, commencing on November 22, 2025.

UEH CEO Program – Developing Leadership Capabilities in the Digital Era

Designed and implemented by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, the UEH CEO Program aims to train 3,000 business leaders and entrepreneurs in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) and neighboring provinces during the 2025-2030 period.

The program is specially designed with modern management knowledge and skills to equip participants with a strategic leadership mindset and governance capabilities in a global competitive environment, with a strong emphasis on applying digital technology, fostering innovation, and promoting sustainable development. The UEH CEO Program focuses on building the capacity for participants to design corporate restructuring programs, thereby enhancing their enterprises' competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.

This is a highly significant program as it not only helps realize the Politburo's Resolution 68-NQ/TW on private economic development but also contributes practically to the goal of establishing HCMC as a leading regional economic, financial, and innovation hub.
