On the evening of May 21, 2024, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) in collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City Book Distribution Corporation - FAHASA solemnly organized the Opening Ceremony of the a course on Management and Operation Skills Training - FAHASA 2024 for middle-level managers (Leaders of product fields, leaders of affiliated units) of Ho Chi Minh City Book Distribution Corporation. This activity was organized under the frame of the Memorandum of Understanding on training and fostering human resources between the two parties.

In order to evaluate Vietnam's sustainable economic development strategy before the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, in 2021, by measuring the level of CO2 emissions, the student research team of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) has carried out the research topic "The impact of socio-economic indicators on CO2 emissions in Vietnam from 1990 to 2018". This was the foundation for researching and developing sustainable development policies in Vietnam.

The author group of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) has applied theories related to EI with the purpose of doing practical research on emotional intelligence capacity and testing the relationship of EI with commitment towards structuring the organization of bank employees in Vinh Long using the PLS-SEM linear structural model. From this foundation, we aim to propose management implications to help leaders improve EI capacity and enhance organizational commitment of bank employees.

UEH Arts Festival for Officials and Employees 2024: Explosive and full of emotions

Responding to the welcoming atmosphere of the 49th anniversary of National Unification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2024), 138th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2024), 134 years since the birth of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024), 95 years since the founding of the Vietnam Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024), the UEH Arts Festival for Officials and Employees 2024 officially returns after 8 years of waiting with particularly impressive performances. After more than nearly 2 months of planning and implementation, the program successfully organized two competition nights at Hall A.116 on May 16 - 17, 2024 and awarded prizes for the best performances!
