Contributing to the annual activities of Cho Ray Hospital, from December 12, 2023 to February 6, 2024, the Institute of Smart City and Management (UEH-ISCM) participated in supporting the design and implementation of Tet flower street for the Department for required services of Cho Ray Hospital. The activity had the participation and support of UEH MakerSpace, lecturers, guests and especially more than 20 students of Batch 47 of Bachelor of Architectural and Urban Design Inclusive Smart City and ISCM Club.

On January 24, 2024, in Vinh City, Nghe An Province, a scientific conference on "Foundations for Digital Economy Development" was held. The event was part of the research plan for the national-level science and technology project titled "Digital Economy Development: Orientations and Policy Solutions," code KX.04.22/21-25, under the National Science and Technology Program on Political Theory Research for the 2021-2025 period. The conference was co-hosted by the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), the Central Theoretical Council, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Vinh University, the School of Economics at Vinh University, and the UEH Institute of Business Research.

In 2020, in the context of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution and the complicated Covid-19 epidemic, businesses in Vietnam in general and businesses in the insurance sector in particular are facing many profound changes. In this research article, the author will focus on understanding and evaluate the factors affecting the business performance of insurance enterprises in accordance with the research data collected from the business results of 10 businesses in 2020.
