University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and Statistics Department Ho Chi Minh City officially launched “Ho Chi Minh City Macroeconomic Report: Results of 2023 and Forecast for 2024”. This is a scientific research publication by UEH and Ho Chi Minh City Statistics Department coordinates the implementation to provide a comprehensive view of Ho Chi Minh City's Economy in 2023 regrading the achieved results, forecasts, prospects for 2024 and to propose the suggested policies for Ho Chi Minh City government.

Developing electronic banking services is an important aspect of the business activities of commercial banks in the digital era. This research by the author of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) conducted a survey of 544 customers in the Mekong Delta Region to clarify the impact of E-banking system service quality to customer satisfaction. The analytical results from the partial least squares structural model (PLS-SEM) demonstrate that E-banking service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction in the Mekong Delta Region.

Recently, to limit the negative impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, most countries in the world, in addition to health policies, have implemented social policies, however, the extent related to the effectiveness of these policies is not the same. In this article, the authors of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) mentioned social policy responses in some countries, and on that basis, to draw lessons for Vietnam to be able to cope with the future epidemic crises.

The importance of store layout in influencing consumer behavior is well established. Other studies consistently indicate a positive correlation between optimized layouts and increased sales. Recognizing the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in enhancing traditional store layout strategies, the authors from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) and foreign collaborators conducted this study which comprehensively evaluates both conventional store layout design methods and modern AI techniques. By merging the insights from these two fields, the goal is to propose an improved store layout design framework powered by AI.
